How to order

We are currently accepting orders for all VIATERA Quartz material via phone and email and not through our online store at this time.  For more information on VIATERA Quartz—including pricing and ordering—contact us and a member of our team will be more than happy to help you.

Promotion Policy

  • All sales are final and no return is allowed (no exception)
  • Sales are strictly based on SKU listed on the spreadsheet quarterly basis
  • PO must be submitted within the offer valid date to receive promo price
  • B-Grade: Slab has defective area in one quadrant or on edge of the slab
  • Rainbow bundle is allowed

Freight Policy

  • Standard freight charge ($190.00) applies to within the region orders -  (East: CDC, MA, VA, FL Warehouse / West: WA, AZ, CO, CA, HI, S.CA Warehouse Central: IL, TX Warehouse
  • Freight quotes will be generated for customers outside of the regional deliverable area.
  • Quartz products are delivered on an A-frame
  • Additional surcharge for Flat-bed delivery request
  • Additional freight charge may apply for expedited shipments
