Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As a supplier and outlet of numerous leading solid surface brands, SolidSurface.com continues to stay, very humbly, near-fully operational as we navigate this global crisis. We want to send our deepest sympathies to those whose health and lives have been directly affected by this pandemic.

The national pandemic Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting our nation and the world at unprecedented levels. It is disrupting all of our lives in ways we never imagined. None of us knows how long this will last or the full impact it will have. All we can do is get through it together, and as a result, we will become stronger in the end. We want to send our deepest sympathies to those whose health and lives have been directly affected by this pandemic.

Being primarily an online company allows us to continue servicing our customers. That said, there are numerous partners we work with behind the scenes that make it all work. We share collective objectives, which is the health, welfare, and safety of all our employees and customers. Communicating clearly with all of these parties and our customers will continue to be a priority throughout this crisis.

We’ve taken the following initial precautionary measures:

  • Our customer service and sales team are all working remotely from home, and continue to be available by phone, chat and email.
  • We are in continuous communication with our suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the availability and transport of items purchased from our website.
  • Our warehouse staff is following necessary precautions and CDC recommendations

If you have any concerns, please know that the SolidSurface.com sales and customer support team is available to provide information on order status, inventory levels and other key information that may help you make better decisions to protect your business.

Thank you for your trust in SolidSurface.com as we continue to strive to meet your expectations as a partner in these trying times. We will keep you updated through this page on supply and production delays along with any additional measures we are taking.

Sincerely,

Kyle Carpenter, CEO
