Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear Customer:

First off I'd like to say that we are, very gratefully, currently fully operational, a frequent question we are getting.

The national pandemic Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting our nation and the world at unprecedented levels. It is disrupting all of our lives in ways we never imagined. None of us knows how long this will last or the full impact it will have. All we can do is get through it together, and as a result, we will become stronger in the end. We want to send our deepest sympathies to those whose health and lives have been directly affected by this pandemic. 

While being an online company allows us to continue operations to service our customers, there are numerous people and partners we work with behind the scenes to make it all work.  We share the collective objectives in mind, which is the health, welfare, and safety of all our employees and customers. Our ability to communicate clearly with all of these parties is what we do, and will continue to do, throughout this crisis.

We’ve taken the following initial precautionary measures.

  • Our customer service and sales team are all working remotely from home, and continue to be available by phone, chat and email.
  • We are in continuous communication with our suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the availability and transport of items purchased from our website.
  • Our warehouse staff is following necessary precautions and CDC recommendations
